Am always impressed by riders who show commitment, discipline and dedication. Laura Krant, Beezie Madden are world class with so much style and professionalism. Sam McIntosh for a New Zealand rider who worked incredibly hard and made it to the top level in international Show Jumping with style!!
Describe your riding history:
Both Ana and Tors have ridden since 2 yrs old competing successfully in eventing, show jumping and show hunter. Have bred, produced and competed Cheleken bred horses for over 30 years.
Special highlights in your riding history:
Winning my first GP on Cheleken Upstart, a homebred mare with a heart of gold! New Zealand National Show Hunter titles on Cheleken Heidi and numerous National Young Horse Show Jumping Championship placings on horses we have bred and produced.
What are your ambitions?
Breeding and producing horses that can compete at an international level.
Have you trained or coached any riders who have had success?
Have trained many levels of riders, currently have some wonderful amateur clients and pony riders. Enjoy putting quality coaching into grass roots competitorsand helping pony clubs with Show Jumping techniqes.
Special care and management considerations of your horse(s):
We like our feed to give energy without fizziness. Quality protein and palatability are a must as well as being a good fit across the range of horses on the farm.
Which Pryde's feeds do you use and why do you like them?
BioMare Cubes - Fantastic results on our broodmares, foals and young stock.
EasiResponse - Great for schooling horses and the young show jumpers, energy but no heat and builds great topline and condition.
EasiResult - Great for any picky eaters.
